Hello. My Bosch (around 10 years old) suddenly cannot be started. I was running a load and it suddenly stopped. The start button is not illuminated, but the display is. It "beeps". I replaced the door lock about 2 years ago. There are no error codes, no blown fuses in the house, and I have tried unplugging it. Any good tips?

How can I remove unpleasant odours from my washing machine?

Periodically run a maintenance cycle with a washing machine cleaner. It helps to eliminate any residues and odours that might have built up over time. Also, remember to keep the door or lid slightly open after each use to let the drum dry and prevent mould or mildew growth.

What should I do if the machine displays an error code?

Take note of the error code displayed and attempt to identify the problem. For example, error code E18 indicates an issue with the drain pump, while E04 could be related to a problem with the door lock. Consult the relevant sections of the manual to find potential solutions.

How can I ensure the washing machine operates efficiently?
